I have tried talking to our companies head office and they say they can not help me and i need to unregister my device or something with microsoft as they can not help me. First, ensure you have the Microsoft Authenticator app installed and linked to your personal Microsoft account. ![]() So when i open that app and select the email address it automatically opens the authenticator app and asks me to approve sign in by opening my authenticator app. I use the outlook app to keep my work emails seperate from my private. ![]() Now i can no longer long in to my work email address. This wasn't a problem until i had to get a new phone and reinstall the outlook app and the authenticator app. Downloaded the MS Authenticator app (but didnt actually do anything with it) Re-opened Whiteboard Was prompted to sign in Selected work and proceeded. I have to use the authenticator app as a way to sign in to my personal work emails. ![]()
